  • I am currently offering both virtual and in person sessions.

  • I do offer evening sessions to accommodate a variety of schedules. Therapy should be accessible to those who work, goto school or have young children.

  • All services are self-pay as I am an out of network provider. Clients can submit monthly superbills for reimbursement to their insurance provider. Clients may also use Thrizer if they would like to utilize out of network benefits to pay for services.

  • Your initial appointment will allow you to share what you are dealing with in greater detail. I will ask questions about the past and present to get a better understanding of your experience.

  • EMDR also known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a form of therapy that's goal is to heal trauma or other distressing life experiences.

    On a high level EMDR works by using bilateral stimulation (like moving your eyes back and forth) while you process traumatic memories.

  • I have three therapy horses that can be used in what is called Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

    You can expect ground based interactions such as grooming, feeding, and leading the horses while under my guidance. With the goal of developing skills such as emotional regulation, self-confidence, responsibility, and social/relational skills.

    These sessions are offered private farm setting in Huntersville, NC.

  • Plans can change unexpectedly. However, to manage scheduling effectively and accommodate all clients fairly, I ask clients to provide 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations outside of the 48 hour window will be charged in full for the originally scheduled session.
